grrr...
Stupid "graduation weekend." Gets in the way of a good time.* And who plans graduation on Memorial Day Weekend, anyway? Does that seem lame to anyone else?
*And there's a "surprise guest" on Friday night! I LOVE surprise guests. I bet it's Madonna...

PR fashion week info!
OK, so I stumbled on this blog entry about the final designers on Project Runway and what their fashion show was all about. It doesn't say anything about who is kicked off (though the author has theories), but it does show pictures from the Fashion Week show. Don't look if you want to be completely surprised on Wednesday!
Valentine's Day
For those of you out there who are not looking forward to this "holiday" for whatever reason (you think its entirely a commercial holiday, you don't have a date, you object to the color red, etc), I can only tell you it could be worse. You could be my co-worker Tom, whose ex-girlfriend is getting engaged tomorrow. On the Tyra Banks Show. To a guy she's only been dating for 6 months. Did I mention its happening on the TYRA BANKS SHOW? I know I'll be watching. I mean, this is the same show where, in a show last week, Tyra revealed her life-long fear of DOLPHINS! So I am sure the engagement will be completely classy...

Sloganize!
I got this website from my friend Jim. Go to this link, type in your name and see what your slogan is.
Mine (oddly enough): "You'll wonder where the yellow went, when you brush your teeth with Liz."
hmmm...I just had some coffee and I have strong desire to brush my teeth (with Liz).

Hipster Safari
I got this from PageSix (and for some reason, totally thought of Courtney - she likes hitting hipsters with her car).
February 6, 2006 -- MODELS will have to deal with more than the usual bunch of modelizing predators this Fashion Week - the gorgeous creatures are being hunted as part of a "Model Safari" being conducted by Emwold Industries, a downtown production company. Peter Colada, the filmmaker who came up with the quirky idea, told PAGE SIX: "We'll be going around in an all-terrain vehicle during Fashion Week, observing these tall creatures as they gather in groups and feed at their favorite haunts. I can pretty much guarantee my clients will see 10 to 15 live models on the safari." Emwold Industries staged a "Hipster Safari" in 2004, in which an Aussie-accented guide in safari attire captured a trendy "hipster" with a net as he rode over the Williamsburg bridge on a vintage bike. Let's hope the delicate mannequins will be treated with greater care.

Eeeee!!!!!
"Rowling released the sixth book in the series, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, last July, while the seventh and final installment is expected by the end of the year."
It's coming out that soon? This is the best news I've ever heard!! Now, I won't feel bad for not getting a job, since I now have important year-end plans.
Save Aibo
Noooo! There has to be something wrong with this. I think the (robot) animal rights activists need to get on it. I'll have a petition...
I guess...
I'll cheer for the Seahawks this Sunday. My football love, however, is with the Vikings...I totally thought it would be their year, what with them throwing their sex parties and all (on boats in one of Minnesota's many glorious lakes).
I'd like to take this opportunity to note that the Vikings had to fly in women from Atlanta for their little "get together" (is that what they're calling it these days?)...Minnesota girls are way too good for that stuff (they do song and dance numbers with a Jesus prop).
