For the first time ever, I was on a winning bar trivia team. Go Team Foleydoimakeyouhorny@aol.com!!! We would have been tied, if it weren't for the best team name bonus point. Let that be a lesson - always give the team name some thought (even if it's unsophisticated).

Cheap books, who knew...

I've come to the realization that I love cheap books! LOVE THEM! I just went to a library fundraiser and purchased two books for $2. AND, I'm going to the 75% sale Monday. Plus, I'm never embarrassed to say I'm reading a lot (unlike watching entire seasons of television shows - I'm slightly embarrassed about admitting that).

My unemployed life...

Here are some things that keep me occupied, as I'm unemployed and don't have much to do:

• Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix
• Yelling at the Twins game (is it REALLY that hard to hit a home run, yeesh)
• Daily trips to the grocery store, pet store .99 cent store
• Thinking of ways to turn a bath towel into a really cool dress
• Talking to the house plant, Phyllis
• Making lattes
• Wishing I had made lattes
• Talking about robots

SUCCESS!

I passed the bar! Soon I will be billing my time, as I am officially an attorney (after the swearing in ceremony, of course)!!

so, Craigslist will sure help. I think THIS is right up my alley. Or maybe THIS.

(1) I now have internet connection!!!
(2) I took the bar exam and am still alive (kind of). I'm really lazy, and no, I do not have a job yet - my parents are still totally paying for my health insurance.
(3) I moved. Miss the roommates, but love the new place.
(4) I need things to do - I'm so flipping BORED!

It's been a while...

So I decided to submit this fabulous post to let the world know what all I've been up to. Let's see...yep, I've been up to nothing. Q: Is it true that you, of all people, now have a law degree? Did you actually pass your exams?
A: It appears so. I will also get a free DVD of my graduation ceremony, so you can watch me graduate in slow-motion over and over again.

Q: Is it true you dressed like Harry Potter for graduation?
A: All graduating students wore Harry Potter-LIKE gowns and hats. A picture will be provided shortly.

Q: If you've graduated, where the HELL have you been? And why do you suck at staying in touch?
A: Well, after finals, I had my family in town for graduation and then I've been busy with stupid bar review classes ever since. I hope to improve my friend skills soon! Sorry!

A: I know it's difficult, but please refrain from hanging out with me all day everyday until after my bar exam, which on July 25 and 26. Then we can party party.
